Terms and Conditions:

  1. The promoter of this event is Haier Smart Home UK & I Ltd, 302 Bridgewater Place, Birchwood, Warrington, England, WA3 6XG (“Promoter”)
  2. The Promotor will award one (1) person per day between 2nd December 2024 and 13th December 2024 with a full refund on their order placed on HooverDirect.co.uk (the “Promotion”).
  3. Employees of Haier Smart Home UK & I Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Promotion or helping to set up the Promotion shall not be permitted to enter the Promotion.
  4. Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom and must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  5. To enter the Promotion, you must: -
    1. Place an order on HooverDirect.co.uk between 2nd December 2024 and 13th December 2024; and
    2. If selected and contacted by the Promotor, respond within 24 hours of the contact, and agree to your first name and location (Town/City) being published on the Promoter’s social media channels to announce you as a winner.
  6. The winners will be chosen at random. The Promoter's decision in all matters to do with the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of the Promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
  8. The winners will be notified via email up to 5 working days after the completion of the Promotion, and announced on Facebook & Instagram.
  9. The prize cannot be changed or adapted.
  10. By entering the Promotion, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
  11. The Promoter will process personal data provided by you to the Promoter in connection with and for the purposes of administering the Promotion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Privacy policy | Hoover ) which sets out full details of how the Promoter processes personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject.
  12. This Promotion is in no way affiliated with Instagram, Facebook or any other third-party channels in which the Promotion is being promoted on.
  13. To the extent permitted by Law, the Promoter is not responsible for (i) any liability arising from a cancellation, or delay of, or change to, the prize beyond the Promoter’s control or (ii) for any act or default of any third party supplier, or (iii) for any injury sustained as a result of the prize, save to the extent of death of personal injury due to the negligence of the Promoter.
