If within 7 days of your Vacuum Cleaner purchase from www.hooverdirect.co.uk you find the Same Model advertised at a lower price on any Approved Retailer’s website, we’ll refund the difference. Our goal is to ensure you receive the most competitive price in the market. 

Conditions for the Price Guarantee:

1. Purchase Location: The purchase must have been made on our site www.hooverdirect.co.uk.
2. Same Model: The comparison product must be the exact same model as it appears on www.hooverdirect.co.uk.
3. Stock Availability: The comparison product must be available to buy on both www.hooverdirect.co.uk and the Approved Retailer’s website.
4. Approved Retailers: Approved Retailers include Argos, John Lewis, Currys, Very,  AO and Amazon [only].
5. Exclusions: The Best Price Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, including but not limited to discount codes and vouchers, unless specified.
6. Product Condition: The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to products sold by an Approved Retailer that are reconditioned, refurbished, used, damaged, returned, open box, or demonstrator products.
